Obtained some interesting British Model magazines, been perusing the years 1910 and scattered 1930s, just prior to the war. Some wonderfully creative folks making the most amazing things with very simple ingenious tools and oh so much patience. Many steam related devices... Some of the chemistry used does make me wonder how the made it to any advanced age by today's standards. So enjoyable to see such wit as well, droll humor, but easily recognizable by anyone who works with their hands, head and heart.

The pliability of one's self is in direct proportion to the inverse of the ability of humidity to squeeze the last ounce of self sanity from the deepest recesses of perceived reality.

Low grey dripping clouds embrace the sky. The suggestion of a brighter world above tempts the eye in one spot or another, yet does not break the embrace. Is it winter? Is it time for that change?
